I love Apple products but they are expensive to fix. The tech at Digital Society explained that this models had a quirk and fixed it. I didn’t have to buy a new computer which I didn’t want to do. Mine is from 2006 and I love this model. Plus now I can buy Apple TV. And I was able to walk in and they fixed my computer in 2 days! It was awesome.

Digital Society is one of the great finds for Apple users in NYC. They are always reliable helpful knowledgeable.

The person at the desk was very helpful. My only complaint is the technician that did the repair could have been friendlier. She seemed slightly dismissive.

Besides several aggressive pushes to buy a new machine and scrap the old one it was a good experience.

I delivered the iMac on a Saturday so the repair actually took only two days. I have been dealing with Digital Society for over twelve years and have been consistently satisfied with their service and knowledge. A small community business they offer the kind of attention I prefer in my neighborhood.

The warranty worked. I was given excellent service by Digital Society but this was hugely disrupting and costly since I was charged for data transfer not covered.

Absolutely one of the best places in the city. Digital Society is a small enough shop to have a personalized quick service super pro attitude. I personally use them and have gotten people at my previous job and current job to use them. AAAAA+++

James did a great job installing my new hard drive. He kept me updated and worked with me to get the repair done so I could go away for the weekend with my macbook pro. This was a huge help as I was in the midst of midterms in graduate school. My computer works better than it did before. Everyone at Digital Society was very nice and tried to help me out. Digital Society takes it’s commitment to it’s customer’s very seriously. And they know what they’re doing.

Time it took to ship to Apple and come back was great: dropped it off Monday afternoon got it back Wednesday afternoon.

The guys at Digital Society are fantastic. Not only did they diagnose the problem — the memory chips I had upgraded the RAM with were faulty — they gave me loaner memory chips to use until I get replacement chips from the manufacturer. Great service.
